She started radio in 1998 in her early teens with fm101. In 1999 She joined Fm 100 In 2002 She joined ARY TV And ARY Radio there. In 2004 Rj Leena went to USA and joined Sangeet Radio as Radio director. In Houstan and New york she has fan following. She also worked for SANM Radio. In 2008 Leena returned to Pakistan and currently she is working as Country Head of programs. in 2009 She joined HumTum City Radio.
